2-Day Workshop
Join either online or in-person – Oxford, UK
Are you looking to deepen your understanding of trauma in relation to mindfulness and meditation? Are you wanting to help people navigate the trauma they’re facing through your mindfulness teaching and practice?
This live, in-person training will help you deepen your skills around Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness (TSM). Taught by David Treleaven, author of the book Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness, you’ll have the opportunity to practice TSM in a number of ways: in personal meditation sessions, through teach-back sessions with other participants, and through dialogue with David.
To increase accessibility, we are planning to offer this workshop both online and in-person in a venue in Oxford, UK. We will review any pandemic restrictions and make a final decision on in-person vs online delivery by May 20th 2022.
This is a great opportunity to continue skilfully responding to the adversity and trauma so many are facing. David has never offered an in-person training like this to a group of people who have a basic understanding in TSM, and you’ll come away with skills that will be useful for decades to come.
Come enjoy this opportunity to train directly with one of the foremost teachers in the world on this topic.
“An essential ‘upgrade’ for anyone who thinks of her or himself as a mindfulness teacher, or is in training to become one.”
— JON KABAT-ZINN, Founder, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction
