Description

This online session will introduce our Mindfulness: Teaching in the Workplace specialist training. It will include a brief overview of training including entry criteria, training content and assignments over 45 minutes.

Ideally you will have completed your mindfulness teacher training of at least 12 months and taught at last two mindfulness-based courses under supervision before joining this session.  A question-and-answer section will be included, however the number of people joining each session will impact on how much interaction and space there is for individual questions.

What will I do on this course?

In this session you will join a group of people from all over the world who are interested in hearing more about Mindfulness: Teaching in the Workplace training for experienced mindfulness teachers on offer via the OMF. The 45-minute-long session will include a brief overview of the entry criteria, training content and assignments.

    Learning Outcomes

You will be introduced to an overview of Mindfulness: Teaching in the Workplace training and understand the entry criteria, training content and assignments.
