SESSIONS EVERY WEEKDAY 7PM
1 Day Workshop
This workshop provides training in how to teach the Introducing Mindfulness (IM) course and associated practices.
As an addition to the MBCT family of courses, the Introducing Mindfulness course offers a brief taste of mindfulness practice and theory in a format intended to be accessible to anyone new to mindfulness. It can be offered as a formal programme of 3 one-hour sessions, or as drop-ins, taster and introductory sessions.
IMPORTANT: You do not need to complete this workshop if you are currently on the OMF 12-month cohort training route.
The OMF provides Confirmation of Attendance letters to all participants who attend 100% of the training event, including break out rooms, with their camera on.
