Live Online Meditations
Practise mindfulness. Anywhere.

If you’re new to mindfulness or if you’d like to maintain your practice with a warm and welcoming community, we offer live online meditation sessions twice a day, Monday – Friday.
Sessions are 30-minutes long, led by fully-trained mindfulness teachers, and take place 13:00 & 19:00 UK Time. Everyone’s welcome to join, regardless of experience.
Starting from 1 May 2025, we’ve made some important changes to the registration process for our live online meditation sessions. You can read more about that here.
Register quarterly for sessions below. If you’d prefer to register annually, you can do so within each quarter, just choose the annual option on the application form. And, if you’re interested in sessions delivered in other languages, you can find out more here.

Turkish: Sessions are held every Tuesday from 21:00-21:30 (Turkish time) and 18:00-18:30 (UK time) by Oxford Mindfulness-trained teacher Zeynep Ağacıkoğlu.
