We help people achieve greater well-being through research-based mindfulness and meditation
We’re a not-for-profit organisation helping people achieve greater well-being and improved mental health through research-based mindfulness and meditation. We partner with the University of Oxford to develop easy-to-understand programmes which combine mindfulness and psychological science.

What is mindfulness and is it meditation?
Mindfulness means paying close attention to things as they are right now, in the present moment. It means learning to notice more clearly our thoughts, feelings and physical sensations, and the people and world around us, in a spirit of friendliness and curiosity. This is for the benefit of our personal, as well as our collective, well-being and mental health. One way to become more mindful is by training through meditation.

“My experience with Oxford Mindfulness has been phenomenal. The staff, the programme, the support and the engagement has been world-class and really professional. I’ve trained with a lot of different organisations, worked with a lot of different vendors and providers and institutions and, by far, this is my favourite one.”
